Question by justagirl9876: Our marriage license was sent back to us due to missing information.?
We never filled out the missing information and we never sent back. Our license is now expired and the county does not have a copy of our “record of marriage”. Are we legally married or no because we didn’t sent back our paperwork?

My BF and I are planning on a July 18th wedding. We live in St. Louis, MO and I know the general laws for being able to get a marriage license in St. Louis County. The only problem that I can see is that my BF doesn’t have a passport. He has a permanent resident’s card AND an international drivers license. Aside from those, he has a social security card. Will it be possible for us to get a marriage license?

They don’t where I live. This may be an individual clerk policy thing, so it may depend on which county you’re in.
